Porch Season
By definition, “A restaurant is a business that prepares and serves food and drinks to customers.”, at The Porch Restaurant, we strive to go beyond the basics and bring guests devine foods, made fresh, brought in daily and prepared specifically for them; using top-quality ingredients. Our purpose is to give our guests the best food and service we possibly can, within the time they spend with them. Being only open from July 2nd 2021, until now, the restaurant has continued to explore avenues to make sure there is always something new and tasty on the menu.
The restaurant’s menu has something for everyone. Featuring vegetarian, gluten-Free and dairy-free options for those with preferences, intolerances and allergies. This moves into even the draft beers; showcasing the ‘Strawberry Orange Mimosa Ale’, which is GMO and gluten-free. Nothing says patio, like this bright sunshine in a glass.
Vegetarian or not; we have a vegetarian burger so unique, even non-vegetarians have fallen in-love. Freshly processed beets, lentils, chia seeds and more, combined together, formed and charred on both sides. This beet burger is not your typical vegetarian burger substitute, it’s so much more. Accompanied by our beloved freshly hand cut fries. We suggest pairing this delicious duo with a nice cold glass of the perfect wine, might we suggest the beloved Lola, Chardonnay of Sonoma County, California, or the vibrant Villa Maria, Sauvignon Blanc of Marlborough, New Zealand? Beat the heat and join us, on the porch at The Porch.
Lola, Chardonnay, Sonoma County, California; flavors of tropical fruits and citrus, complimented by delicate floral aromas and a bright crisp mouth-feel. A combination of both oaky and buttery. Next, the Villa Maria, Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand; “sourced from vineyards across the Marlborough region, this intense Sauvignon Blanc is alive with a myriad of flavors dominated by gooseberry, passionfruit, fresh citrus and herbaceous aromas.”
